fdPOWER 5.02.17 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of fdPOWER Version 5.02.17.

fdPOWER, along with all our systems, is constantly being developed and improved. A new release is a culmination of the work and development that has been undertaken since the last version. Often new developments are based on User feedback and their experiences in using the software, but can also include fixes, regulatory changes and new technologies.

Some of the highlights of the new version are:

• General
• Prompt Payment Discount now allows a discount rate of 100%.
• EDI Status List Report; can now enter a Branch range.

• Australian EDI Interface
• "Cemetery Name" and "Crematorium Town" are now mandatory fields in NSW.
• SA Death Registration form amended for not handling the approximate date of deaths.
• Date Disposal field can now be blank in the EDI export.
• Cremations now have a new field for date of disposal & validation of child ages has been enhanced in NSW EDI.
• EDI Date of Death Type updated in NSW.

• New Zealand
• Logic changed to include weeks at NZ Age at Death.
• Age at death was incorrect when less than one year on NZ Death Notification Online.
• EDI Export; "Proper Case Names" constant default value changed from True to False.
