FIX: Admin, Cost Centre form; fails to open if not licenced for Electronic Signatures
Opening the Admin, Cost Centre form fails with the message "An unhandled exception has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".
FIX: Database upgrade; upgrading from 3.0 or 3.1 directly to 3.3 did not copy new 3.2 Cost Centre settings
There was an issue when upgrading from a version 3.0 or 3.1 database directly to a version 3.3 database. Settings moved from Global Settings to Cost Centres in 3.2 were not moved.
FIX: NZ Investment Income Report Export; files may not include Phone Number in header and fail to import into IRD's system
NZ Investment Income Report Export files may not include the Company's Phone Number in the header line, and therefore fails to import into IRD's system.

FIX: HTML Widgets; Account Payment; Payment Fee calculation fixed
The Account Payment HTML Widget was not calculating the Payment Fee correctly if the Payment Method was configured to charge a fee. This has been corrected, allowing the fee to calculate as expected.
NEW: New Zealand High-Cost Consumer Credit Contracts; Individual Payment entry HTML Widget now shows actual Payment Fee to be charged
In the Account Payment wizard HTML Widget you can enter a Payment Fee. However, for a New Zealand High-Cost Consumer Credit Contract the actual Payment Fee charged may be reduced because it exceeds the maximum allowable Cost of Borrowing.
NEW: New Zealand High-Cost Consumer Credit Contracts; Letter Fee shown on letter may not be that charged to the Loan
Under New Zealand High-Cost Consumer Credit Contract regulations a Letter Fee may be reduced or not charged if it would cause the Loan to exceed the Cost of Borrowing cap.

For a High-Cost Consumer Credit Contract paid by Direct Debits the following scenario may occur.

Via the Bank Transaction Edit drilldown form you can change the Payment Method - if the Bank Transaction has not been exported etc.
FIX: Account Applications; UserDecimal columns truncated to an Integer value
An Account Application's User Data can support saving values into UserDecimal0 through 9. This is done via the data schema "Mapping" definitions.
