emPOWER Acquired by Exodesk
On 1st May 2024, emPOWER was acquired by Exodesk, New Zealand.
Full Circle Division
Intersoft purchased our long-time reseller Full Circle Business Solutions Ltd and their NZ and Pacific Island business. Full Circle staff joined our business and Mike Johnson continues to head up the Full Circle Division.
finPOWER Connect Cloud
finPOWER Connect Cloud was released, bringing a mobile-optimised Web-based user-interface to finPOWER Connect. This allows users to access the system from practically any modern web browser including Apple Macs, smart phones and tablets.
Brisbane Office Opened
September 2013 saw the opening of the finPOWER Australia office in Brisbane, strengthening our presence in the Australian market.
finPOWER Connect
finPOWER Connect was released. Developed using the Microsoft .NET framework, finPOWER Connect incorporates the best of the finPOWER system, feedback and enhancements requested by the large User base and the latest development technologies.
fdPOWERSE for Australia
fdPOWERSE was released for the Australian market, allowing Users to interface with the NSW and VIC BDM Offices electronically for the registration of Deaths.
POWER Series
1998 saw the release of the first of the Intersoft Windows products, the POWER Series. These products paved the way for the new millennium, and ensured clients were kept at the fore of technology and functionality.
1999 and 2000 saw the release of the three key components of the POWER Series: finPOWER, fdPOWER and emPOWER.
Performer Series
1995 heralded the release of the first modules of the Performer Series, of which a full range of software products were released during 1996 and 1997. The Performer Series took advantage of new technology to provide improved performance, network capabilities and increased features and facilities.
IBM Ready /2 Prosper
Intersoft reached agreement with IBM NZ Ltd to market Intersoft products under the IBM Ready /2 Prosper brand name. Intersoft worked closely in New Zealand with IBM to ensure that dealers provided quality products with complete hardware/software solutions to the marketplace.
Legacy Series & Dealer Network
Code-named "Version 7.0", the resultant suite of systems was released in July 1990 as the Legacy Series.
Intersoft Systems invested in the development and education of a professional Dealer Network which can provide clients with the professionalism, skill and expertise required by today's progressive business. This level of service capability heralds a new era in Computer Solutions Dealerships throughout Australasia. Intersoft's "whole product" philosophy implies that dealers offer advisory, training, implementation and ongoing support facilities to clients in addition to the supply of relevant software applications.
Move to IBM Computers
In early 1983, Intersoft Systems transferred its business applications to IBM computers.
Intersoft Systems Formed
