Cost Centres; ClickSend, SMS Fusion, Twilio "Dedicated Number?" Send Option renamed for New Zealand

The New Zealand SMS system uses "Short Codes" for sending messages - typically a 3 or 4 digit code.

The Cost Centre "SMS Send Option" on the Options tab is currently labelled as "Dedicated Number?" and also validated as a phone number. This is confusing.

Therefore, this is now labelled "Dedicated Short Code?" and is not validated.

This change applies to the following services:

• ClickSend
• SMS Fusion
• Twilio

Note, Short Codes support Message Replies.
